This horse raffle helps raise funds for the horse breed's registry, which in turns helps promote and preserve these rare horses.

This horse raffle is held every summer. Horse raffle tickets go on sale in early spring. In addition to the grand prize, a horse, there are many other prizes to win in the raffle! This raffle to win a horse is a registered raffle in the state of Nevada and is help in accordance to all applicable laws. Tickets for the ABCR horse raffle are available to people in the US and Canada; the winner will be responsible for arranging horse delivery.

Tickets usually become available in March and cost $5 for 1 ticket or $3 for ten. We accept paypal and mailed checks or money orders. Horse raffle ticket stubs will be mailed in return.

Kids and minors are eligible to win a horse, but must purchase tickets through an adult over 21.
