A simple, common english paraphrase/translation that's easy to understand
Weighs heavily on me like unwilling sleep,
Like a sick Eagle looking at the sky.
But crying over what we are not able to do is an action available only those who
are not busy doing what they can do
That I have not the cloudy winds to keep,
Fresh for the opening of the morning's eye.
Bring round the heart an undescribable feud;
So do these wonders a most dizzy pain,
A sun--a shadow of a magnitude.
A bright glowing object – shadowing something greater.
