I thought the "naked ladies" aka "surprise lilies" were more in the spring...I also thought they were more pink. hard to tell from this picture. the naked lady is tall, slender, and a very pretty soft pink.

Naked lillys come up in the fall from seemingly bare ground. Won't be any folage where they sprout. That is a daylily and I think I have the same one, it's a "Tangrine something" but I cannot remember the exact name. :)
