I got my order of 7 fruit trees on Dec 2, planted them all in a long row immediately and everyone has BURST to life this spring except this fellow. It's a starkcrimsion cherry. Itwas the biggest bare root, but the only growth it has shown are these few tiny leaves inches from the ground, while the rest of the trunk looks dead. What to do?? May 2, 2011 at 5:08 pm

I've had the best luck at southside. I look for singles without a saucer, or chipped/cracked cups. There, I paid $2-$3 each. I'm not sure if this idea will work, but the fixture was cheap and I'll use the cups for something.

Okay- this is the Urban Outfitters ruffle duvet- unstuffed - so it should look fluffier if I put my down comforter in it. It has an ever so slight hue to it, I think, that makes it look a little weird next to charcoal grey. I'm not sure if I like it. What do you think? November 5, 2010 at 11:27 am

BTW Dottie's sale was pretty good. I nabbed a few small pieces, probably spent less than $100. They want $250 for the big black counter in the sunroom (told her for sure yes) and $400 for the brown counter in the dining room (told her I'd have to think about it) Her sale is Thurs-Sunday. Thank you! Regal had just got a bath on Sunday. Laynie & I like to bathe & brush the horses. It must be a girl thing. The boys brush out their horses only when absolutely necessary & a bath consists of spraying 'em down w/water. :) Laynie & Regal rode in a clinic on Sunday & had a blast.I swear both of them had a smile on their faces after they were done. Congratulations on your new home!
