regal's first pair of shoes and his feet finally sarting to recover from being long toed and splayed out when I bought him. Regal wears shoes to correct a slight paddling of his hind legs. Most curlies can go without shoes due to their tough hooves, and this curly gelding has tough hooves and was barefoot for his first 6 years, but is kept shod for dressage.
