This photo shows a closeup of a bashkir curly horse gelding in full winter coat. The light color of his coat helps bring out the contrast of his curly, hypoallergenic coat. People always comment that he's "eying me" in this picture, but if a horse is cantering past me this close he'd darn well better be watching to see where I am! I love the sunlight shining through his curly, slightly dreadlocked mane and making it glow.
